I do not share your information with anyone.
I will only contact you if I have a question about your order, or if you ask me to contact you (such as for a newsletter and updates).
Shipping Policy
At the time of checkout, you will see a shipping cost included in your total. That is an estimated shipping amount. If that amount is drastically off, I may have to contact you regarding the actual cost of shipping once your package's shipping label is created. There's no possible way to get the exact shipping cost at the time of checkout. We do have an option where you can pay the actual cost of shipping but you would need to contact us before checkout. We can generate a shipping label based on the items in your cart, and adjust the estimated shipping cost.
Refund Policy
I can only issue refunds before an item has shipped, or if an item is damaged during shipping. Pics of packaging and item are required within 5 days of package being delivered.
If you receive a damaged item, I require to see pictures showing the packaging, and items that are damaged, for insurance purposes.
Return and Exchange Policy
I do not accept returns or exchanges.
